MISSIONS

To be responsible for the daily management of the finance department of subordinate farms and companies.

To review the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports of each company.
审核各公司月度、季度、年度财务报告。
To prepare or review the analysis reports of each company (basing on actual status of the companies).
编制或审核各公司财务分析报告（依各公司具体情况而定）。
To review contracts in each company.
各公司合同审核。
To lead the budget preparation of each company and to report to the CFO and the GM.
主持各公司预算编制。
To lead and monitor the year end stocktaking of each company.
主持并监督各公司年度盘点。
To assist in cost analyses demanded by the management.
协助管理层做成本分析。
To assist in interaction with finance departments of all possible cooperation parties under the guidance from CFO.
在CFO指导下协助与各合作方财务部门对接。
To be responsible for and to coordinate the audits of all entities, to communicate with all types of external organizations.
负责并协调各公司外部审计和各类外部机构对接。
To continuously improve and escalate the capability and performance of all finance departments.
持续改善和提高各财务部的工作能力和业绩表现。
To travel regularly to different companies.
需要定期去各公司出差。
Any other ad hoc tasks from management team.
管理层要求的其他工作。

REQUIREMENTS：

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting/finace management or related.
会计、财务管理等相关专业全日制本科或以上学历。
At least 10 years working experience and at least 3 years experiences in manager position.
至少十年以上工作经验，其中三年以上财务部管理岗位工作经验；需要有制造业财务工作经验。
Finance experience in manufacturing is a must.
需要有制造业财务工作经验。
Being familiar with PRC GAAP/IFRS and tax laws and regulations, good understanding of financial management and analysis knowledge.
熟悉中国会计准则、国际会计准则与税务方面的法律法规，全面掌握财务管理和财务分析知识。
Strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, good teamwork spirit.
