范围：
1.Responsible for geometrical dimension inspection and balancing for rotation parts (critical part of engine) in manufacturing line.
主要负责生产线旋转件(发动机关键部件)的几何尺寸检测及平衡。
2.Product manager according to real needs of production activity could add some new topics based on above scope.
产品经理可根据实际的生产需要在以上工艺范围外增加一些工作项。

内部：
1.Setup inspection process according to customer requirement, including define operation / inspection method, build consumable and tool list; assess test risk, implement MSA test（gauge R&R and correlation test）, verify the test result, make test report and define the standard operation time.
按照客户要求建立检测工艺，包括定义操作/检验方法、建立物料和工具清单，实施测试风险评估，执行MSA测试（量具的R&R和对比测试）、验证测试结果、编订测试报告，定义标准检测时间等。
2.Create and distribute process related documents, including process management specification, manufacturing instruction (MI), operation training material, etc.
创建和下发工艺相关的文件，包括工艺管理规范、作业指导书（MI）、操作培训材料等。
3.Manage the manufacturing instruction and program with risk analysis, including record any change to keep the traceability, archive the current and historical versions, and make sure the access is available for related user.
管理作业指导书和加工程序，包括记录任何变更以保持追溯性，保存现行和历史版本，并确保用户可以访问这些文件。
4.Train operator according to the training matrix and qualification plan, and evaluate the operator's technique skill to obtain operation qualification.
按照培训矩阵和授权计划对员工进行培训，并评估员工的技能以完成操作授权。
5.Launch quotation of purchase request for new tools, and perform new tools acceptance and validation test with support of tooling engineer and operator.
发起新工具的报价和采购申请，在工具工程师的支持下执行新工具的验收和认证测试。
6.Create item number and update the item consumption rate and other information (supplier, specification, applicable product, etc.), and define the safety stock with support of material planner. Support on abnormal consumable consumption investigation and inactive stock treatment.
创建料号并更新消耗率和其它物料信息（供应商、规范、适用的产品等），并在物料员的支持下定义安全库存。支持异常消耗的调查和呆滞料的处理。
7.Set characteristics and monitor process capability and variation with SPC.
设置特征并使用SPC监控过程能力。
8.Guarantee the compliance of process toward to customer specification and applicable international standard, support OSAC, AS9100, Nadcap and other external and internal audit, and work on corrective and preventive action of NCR detected during the audit.
确保工艺符合客户规范和适用的国际标准，支持OSAC、AS9100、Nadcap和其它外部、内部审核，并负责相关不符合项的纠正和预防措施整改。
9.Support quality department on NQE event treatment, including take containment action with other department, define and take related corrective and preventive action.
支持质量部处理NQE事件，包括采取围堵措施，定义和执行纠正、预防措施。
10.Respond production request comes from QRQC, email or other way to solve the issue related to process in order to recover production and quality level as soon as possible, for example tool abnormal, consumable abnormal, part NC, etc.,and leading process deviation or part NC investigation, analysis and correction activity with RPO or 8D method when necessary.
负责响应经生产线QRQC、邮件或其它方式发出的支持需求以尽快解决工艺相关的问题并恢复到原来的水平，比如工具异常、消耗品异常、产品质量不良等，使用RPO、8D等方法工具主导工艺偏离和产品不良的调查、分析和纠正。
11.Lead or participate related project (industrialization, CI, investment, PLM, factory of future etc.) defined by manager or organization.
主导或参与经理或组织定义的相关项目（工业化、持续改善、投资、PLM、未来工厂等）。

外部：
1.Have regular or specific exchange meeting with Headquarter Process department or cooperate SAE sites for best practice sharing, problem solving and continuous improvement discussion.
与总部工艺部门或其它SAE工厂举行定期或特定的沟通会议，分享最佳实践、工艺问题和改善项目。
2.Provide training or technique support for other Safran company in ASIA.
为亚洲范围内其它赛峰公司提供必要的培训或技术支持。
3.Audit supplier as plan, and / or work with supplier to improve the quality and cost of their product
按计划对供应商进行审核，和/或与供应商一起改善他们产品的质量和成本。

Bachelor or above degree, and major in mechanical related field.
本科或以上学历，机械相关专业

Working Experience:

Preferred 1 years or above experience in length measurement field.
优先考虑1年或以上长度测量领域工作经验。

Knowledge/Skills:

1.Proficient in the use of standard measuring such as projector, height gage, caliper, micrometer, roughness measuring machine, etc.
能熟练使用投影仪，高度计，卡尺，千分尺，表面粗糙度测量仪等标准量具。
2.Understand the measurement principle, it will be better if there is new product development experience.
了解测量原理，如果有新产品开发经验会更好。
3.Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone.
较好的逻辑思维并能很好的应用RPO、8D、5WHY、鱼骨图等工具解决实际问题。
4.Have a good work autonomy, quality awareness, teamwork awareness and learning skill, has project management awareness and experience, can work under pressure.
较强的工作自主性、质量意识、团队合作意识和学习能力，有项目管理意识和经验，有抗压能力。
5.Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge.
较好的图纸理解能力和GD&T知识
6.Familiar with SPC, MSA knowledge.
熟悉SPC, MSA.
7.Skilled on Office Software (Excel, Word, PPT).
熟练使用OFFICE办公软件（Excel, Word, PPT）
