BSS TurboTech Ltd is a full round of cooperation from technical research to product development on civil turboprop engine power turbine, for mother companies AECC-SI (AECC Group) & SAFRAN Aircraft Engines (Safran group).

The Gas Turbine Designer is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of gas turbine components and systems for power generation, aviation, or industrial applications. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to create innovative, efficient, and reliable turbine designs while adhering to industry standards, performance requirements, and safety regulations.

The following missions for the job will be:
Design & Development 设计与开发:
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of gas turbine components (blades, vanes, rotors, casings, etc.) using CAD software (Siemens NX).
- Develop new design concepts and improve existing turbine systems for enhanced performance and reduced emissions.
- Ensure design comply with thermodynamic, aerodynamic, and structural requirements
- Analyses and optimize turbine performance, efficiency, and durability.

- Work closely with internally with aerodynamic and mechanical team as well as externally with suppliers and testing teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
- Support prototype testing, failure analysis, and design modifications based on test results.
- Participate in R&D projects to develop next-generation gas turbine technologies.

Compliance & Documentation 合规性和文档编制:
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and patent applications as needed.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in gas turbine design, turbomachinery, or related fields.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., Siemens NX, ANSYS, CATIA, or similar).
- Knowledge of gas turbine thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing (3D printing) for turbine components.
- Experience with performance modeling tools (e.g., GT-SUITE, NPSS).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
