RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Procurement Leadership
• Spearhead cross-continental procurement initiatives connecting European/Middle Eastern markets with APAC sourcing hubs
• Command end-to-end product development lifecycle (briefing > R&D > sampling > mass production > QA > logistics)
• Architect margin optimization strategies through smart cost engineering and value engineering
Enterprise Collaboration Excellence
• Orchestrate synchronized operations across design, commercial, QC, R&D labs, and logistics units
• Engineer resilient supply networks through strategic vendor capability assessments
• Streamline international freight operations with precision logistics planning
Value Engineering Expertise
• Deliver client-centric pricing models through data-driven negotiations
• Champion quality assurance via closed-loop corrective action systems
• Drive procurement innovation through lean process reengineering
Extended Value Creation
• Conduct global supplier audits and production capacity benchmarking
• Facilitate technical and business engagements for international clients during China visits
• Implement CSR frameworks across sustainable sourcing practices
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or international trade, preferably within the luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, cost structures, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
• Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines and dynamic business conditions, managing multiple priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Combines creativity with pragmatism to develop cost-effective, scalable solutions while mitigating risks.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex information into structured recommendations for cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced competency in MS Office (Excel for cost analysis, PowerPoint for presentations) and ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential for client and supplier negotiations.
