4.In charge of technical upgrades, renovations, and major repairs for old equipment. 负责老设备的技术升级改造和大修。
5.In charge of Spare parts order, storage management, budget control. 备件采购，库房监管,预算控制.
6.Department technology document management and control技术文件管理和监控。
7.Responsible for monitoring the execution status of HSE,IP, 5S, 20 minute audit, GPI, etc.负责监控IP，5S，20分钟审核，GPI等执行情况。
8.Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of departmental QRQC meetings and regular meetings.负责部门QRQC会议和部门例会的计划执行和管理。
9.Cooperate to complete various audits and evaluations of the company配合完成公司的各种审核，考评
10.To manage the department administration affair部门行政事务的管理
11.Support manager to make the training plan and performance assessment配合经理进行部门人员培训计划和绩效考核
12.Strictly implement safety management regulations and requirements (as follows)严格执行安全管理规定和要求

Bachelor degree/ 本科

Work Experience Requirement / 工作经验要:

Repair and maintenance experience and skill, HSE knowledge, management skill, teamwork experience, Good English skill / 维保经验及技术，HSE知识，管理技能，团队合作经验，良好英语能力
