- General Responsibilities 一般职责:
•Assist department manager in performing the HSE responsibilities as mentioned in SXAC 0051
•In the process of operation, employees shall strictly implement the HSE duties of the post, abide by the HSE rules and regulations and operating procedures of the unit, obey the management, and correctly wear and use personal protective equipment. Personal protective equipment should be inspected before each use, and ensure the personal protective equipment is in good condition. 作业过程中，员工应严格履行本岗位HSE职责，遵守单位HSE规章制度及操作规程，服从管理，正确穿戴和使用个人防护用品。个人防护用品每次使用前应进行检查，确保个人防护用品完好。
•Employees shall receive education and training on production safety, master the knowledge of production safety required for their work, improve their production safety skills, and enhance their ability to prevent and deal with accidents. 员工应接受安全生产教育培训，掌握本职工作所需的安全生产知识，提高安全生产技能，增强预防和处理事故的能力。
•When employees discover HSE deviation of accidents or other unsafe factors, they shall immediately report to the on-site safety production management personnel or the person responsible for the unit. 员工发现事故隐患或其他不安全因素时，应立即向现场安全生产管理人员或单位负责人报告。
•Saving water and energy consumption. Dispose waste according to sorting rules.节约用水、节能，按照分类规定处理废弃物。
•Participate in General Planed Inspection (GPI) according to schedule. 按计划参加HSE定期检查（GPI）。
•According to the company's requirements, participate in occupational disease physical examination before, during and after leaving work. 根据公司要求，参加工作前、工作中、离职后职业病体检。
•Prepare the technical reporting and actions monitoring for headquarter and customers: steering committee and other reporting (for management, visits…). This responsibility includes follow-up of actions as part of the company’s business development plan and strategic plan. 为赛峰总部和客户准备技术报告和行动监控：公司管理层和其他报告（针对管理层、访问……）。此职责包括作为公司业务发展计划和战略计划一部分的行动跟进。
•Follow all Quality requirements and regulations for him/her and his/her team. 遵守他/她及其团队的所有质量要求和规定。

3- Responsibility 工作职责
•Assist HSE management: Assist the department in the daily maintenance and implementation of the health, safety and environment (HSE) management system. Participate in the organization, filing and updating of HSE related documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements.
协助HSE管理：协助部门进行健康、安全与环境（HSE）管理体系的日常维护和执行。参与HSE相关文件的整理、归档和更新，确保符合公司政策和法律法规要求。
•Safety Inspection and Supervision: Assist in on-site safety inspections, identify potential safety hazards, and make suggestions for improvement. Participate in safety inspections and supervise employees to comply with safety operating procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
安全检查与监督：协助开展现场安全检查，识别潜在的安全隐患，并提出改进建议。参与安全巡查，监督员工遵守安全操作规程和佩戴个人防护用品（PPE）。
•Training and Promotion: Assist in organizing HSE training activities, including new employee safety training, special safety training, etc. Participate in the production of HSE promotional materials, such as posters, manuals, etc., to enhance employee safety awareness.
培训与宣传：协助组织HSE培训活动，包括新员工安全培训、专项安全培训等。参与制作HSE宣传材料，如海报、手册等，提升员工安全意识。
•Accident Handling and Reporting: Assist in investigating safety incidents or attempted incidents, analyze causes and assist in developing preventive measures, participate in the preparation of accident reports and statistical analysis, and assist in improving emergency response procedures.
事故处理与报告：协助调查安全事故或未遂事件，分析原因并协助制定预防措施，参与编写事故报告和统计分析，协助完善应急处置流程。
•Environmental management support: assist with environmental management related work, such as environmental monitoring and data recording, waste management records, etc.
环境管理支持：协助环境管理相关工作，如环境监测和数据记录，废弃物管理台账等
•Other support work: Assist the department to complete daily clerical work, such as meeting minutes, report writing, etc. Other HSE related tasks.
其他支持工作：协助部门完成日常文书工作，如会议记录、报告编写等。其他与HSE相关的任务。
•Projects during the internship: Standardization of production safety, on-site chemical management, standardization of HSE on-site identification labels, and optimization of fire protection system inspection processes, etc..
实习期间的项目：安全生产标准化，现场化学品管理，HSE现场标识标签标准化，消防系统检查流程优化等。
Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements/知识或特别的技能要求：
-Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering. Mechanical, electrical, automation, HVAC and other related engineering majors are preferred. 理工科学士或以上学历，安全、环境等相关工程专业优先。
-Office skills 办公技能：
Be familiar with Microsoft Office, PBI, and smooth English.
熟悉微软办公软件，PBI
English: CET-4 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
英语：英语四级及以上，良好的听、说、读、写能力
