MISSIONS

To assist the GM and Asia CFO to conduct various types of data analysis and data collection.
协助总经理和CFO做各类数据收集整理和分析。
To prepare deep analyses of variable costs and margin of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial data for all farms in China region.
中国区各个农场的月度、季度、年度财务报告变动成本及毛利的深度分析。
To prepare or review the analysis reports of each company (basing on actual demands of the companies).
分销业务的成本、利润分析。
To prepare cost and margin analysis for distribution business.
为分销业务制定成本与利润分析方案。
To conduct financial data check and verification for all cooperative farms.
各合作农场的财务数据检查、验证。
To assist the GM and Asia CFO to prepare due dilligence or business plan for potential new projects.
协助总经理和CFO为中国区范围内各类可能的新项目编制可行性研究或商业计划。
To continuously improve the methodology of data analysis.
持续改进数据分析方法。
Any other ad hoc tasks from management team.
领导要求的其他工作。
To travel at request to different sits.
根据业务需要不定期出差。

REQUIREMENTS：
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting/finace management or related.
会计、财务管理等相关专业全日制本科或以上学历。
At least 3 years experiences in financial analytical or data analytical position.
三年以上财务分析或数据分析工作经验。
Being familiar with PRC GAAP/IFRS and tax laws and regulations, strong knowledge set of financial analysis.
熟悉中国会计准则、国际会计准则与税务方面的法律法规，全面掌握财务管理和财务分析知识。
Strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, good teamwork spirit.
责任感强、工作认真细致、良好的团队合作精神。
Good inter-personal skills and management skills.
良好的人际沟通技巧、良好的管理技巧。
French and English are available as working languages.

法语和英语可以作为工作语言。
