⚫Responsible for tooling management. 负责工装管理。

SCOPE:
1.Responsible of fixture and gauge (Tooling for short below) design, improvement and analyze of force pattern related to manufacturing and assembly process for component of aircraft engine, like Machining, Special process, Manual operation etc.
负责飞机发动机零件的制造工艺相关的工装及检具（以下统称工具）设计，改进，失效模式分析和日常维护，像机加工，特种工艺，手工工艺等。
2.Process manager could add some new topics additionally based on above scope according to real needs of production activity.
工艺经理可根据实际的生产需要在以上工艺范围外增加一些工作项。

INTERNAL:
Process工艺
1.Design new tools or improve current tools according to request of process engineer or user.
依照工艺工程师或使用者的需求设计新工具或改进现有工具。
2.Define and manage Specification, VP, AM and PM plan for applicable tool.
定义及管控适用工具的技术说明，校检协议，AM和PM计划。
3.Have DFMEA and ergonomics evaluation for new designed tools or existing tools.
对新设计或现有的工具进行DFMEA和人机工程评估。
4.Perform reception inspection and support process to complete acceptance and validation test, analyze the test result and work with tool’s supplier to correct the issue found in test.
参与工具的检查接收和支持工艺工程师完成验收和认证测试，分析测试结果并主导供应商改正测试中发现的问题。

Quality质量
5.Participate investigation of quality issue related to tools, and implement tool related corrective and preventive actions.
参与与工具相关的质量问题调查，并实施与工具相关的纠正和预防行动。
6.Support internal or external audit and answer questions related to tooling.
支持内部或外部审计，并回答与工具有关的问题。
7.Participate or lead activity / project to improve product quality through improvement of tooling.
参与或领导活动/项目，通过改进工具来提高产品质量。

Production生产
8.Create training material and train operator for complex or critical tool.
为复杂或关键工具创建培训材料和培训操作员。
9.Support or lead the tooling failure investigation and correction.
支持或领导工具故障调查和更正。
10.Perform overhaul and complex PM for non-standard production tools.
对非标准生产工具进行大修和复杂的 PM。
11.Define safety stock or consumption rate of spare parts and purchase the spare parts accordantly.
确定备件的安全库存或消耗率，并顺应购买备件。
12.Purchased duplicated tools according to request from production.
根据生产要求购买备份工具。

13.Launch RFQ and PR to purchase the tools.
启动RFQ和PR来购买工具。
14.Choose tools manufacturing supplier together with purchase engineer.
同采购工程师一起选择工具制造供应商。
15.Submit reception GRN for purchased tool or service of tool.
提交接收 GRN 购买工具或工具服务。

PPC(Import & Export)

16.Support Import & Export engineer on custom declaration of tools.
支持进出口关务进行工具的申报。

HSE安全环境健康
17.Perform JSA for specific tools with support of HSE engineer before put in production.
协助HSE工程师，在投入生产之前对特定工具执行JSA。
18.Define non-standard lifting tool calibration requirement with support of HSE engineer.
在 HSE 工程师的支持下定义非标准提升工具校准要求。

EXTERNAL:
1.Have regular or specific exchange meeting with Headquarter Process department or cooperate SAE sites for best practice sharing, problem solving and continuous improvement discussion.
与总部工艺部门或其它SAE工厂举行定期或特定的沟通会议，分享最佳实践、工艺问题和改善项目。
2.Audit tooling supplier as plan, and / or work with supplier to improve the quality and cost of their product
按计划对工装供应商进行审核，和/或与供应商一起改善他们产品的质量和成本。

Education教育
Bachelor or above degree, and major in material or mechanical related field.
本科或以上学历，材料或者机械相关专业

Working Experience:
工作经验
5 years or above tooling experience in related engineering field.
5年或以上相关工程领域工具的工作经验。

Knowledge/Skills:
知识/技能
1.Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge.
较强的图纸理解能力和GD&T知识
2.Knowledge of each kinds of measuring equipment including CMM, projector, roughness measuring device, etc.
了解各种量测设备，包括CMM，投影仪，粗糙度仪等。
3.Strong ability on tooling structure creating.
较强的工具结构设计能力。
4.Basic material, surface treatment and heat treatment technical knowledge.
具备基础的材料，表面处理和热处理知识。
5.Skilled on Catia，Solidworks， Solidworks FEA application
熟练的Catia，Solidworks操作技能，solidworks FEA应用。
6.Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone.
较好的逻辑思维并能很好的应用RPO、8D、5WHY、鱼骨图等工具解决实际问题。
7.Familiar with measurement error analysis on MSA
熟悉MSA量测误差分析
8.Skilled on Office Software (Excel, Word, PPT).
能使用OFFICE办公软件（Excel, Word, PPT）
9.Have a good work autonomy, quality awareness, teamwork awareness and learning skill, has project management awareness and experience.
