1)Follow HSE responsibilities执行HSE相关责任
a.Assist the department Manager in performing the HSE responsibilities of the department as mentioned in SXAC 0051
b.In the process of operation, employees shall strictly implement the HSE duties of the post, abide by the HSE rules and regulations and operating procedures of the unit, obey the management, and correctly wear and use personal protective equipment. Personal protective equipment should be inspected before each use, and ensure the personal protective equipment is in good condition. 从业人员在作业过程中，应当严格落实岗位HSE职责，遵守本单位的HSE规章制度和操作规程，服从管理，正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品。每次使用前检查劳动防护用品，并确保劳动防护用品完好。
c.Employees shall receive education and training on production safety, master the knowledge of production safety required for their work, improve their production safety skills, and enhance their ability to prevent and deal with accidents. 从业人员应当接受安全生产教育和培训，掌握本职工作所需的安全生产知识，提高安全生产技能，增强事故预防和应急处理能力。
d.When employees discover hidden dangers of accidents or other unsafe factors, they shall immediately report to the on-site safety production management personnel or the responsible person of the unit. 从业人员发现事故隐患或者其他不安全因素，应当立即向现场安全生产管理人员或者本单位负责人报告。
e.Saving water and energy consumption. Dispose waste according to sorting rules 节约用水用电。按照分类要求丢弃废弃物。
f.Participate in General Planed Inspection (GPI) according to schedule. 按照计划参加定期HSE检查（GPI）。
g.According to the company's requirements, participate in occupational disease physical examination before, during and after leaving work按照公司要求参加职业病上岗前、在岗期间、离岗时职业病体检。
2) Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities在日常工作中严格遵守全部质量相关条例
3) Responsible of dedicated dimensional process 负责指定尺寸类工艺段
a.Understanding of working principle Equator and CMM, and learn/manage to solve the problems on measure means 懂得比对仪和三坐标机的工作原理，并且能够解决设备出现的基本问题
b.Understanding of general dimensional process control (STR, Equator, CMM) 懂得一般尺寸控制过程控制（矫正，比对仪，三坐标等技术）
c.Monitor and apply the dimensional control tolerance to the process 管理并执行尺寸控制的公差控制
d.Work with product engineer, manage to monitor the dimension items evolutions with statistical analysis tools 和产品工程师一起，运用统计分析工具，监控批量生产零件的尺寸变化趋势
e.Responsible to other dimension control activities like, master parts management, other measure means in process, operator qualification, dim control alleviation... 负责尺寸类其他活动，例如标准件管理，其他尺寸检测方式使用，人员认证，尺寸简化测量等
4) Responsible of solutions on the process deviation and relate actions to secure and correct the process to the standard level 负责提供工艺偏离的解决方案以及保障工艺回归正常水平的围堵措施和整改措施
a. Use the corresponding method to characterize the process deviation. 用正确的方法定性、定量描述工艺偏离问题。
b. Work with related departs to find correction for the process issues. If the deviation cannot be solved in a short term, the related secure actions and long terms actions shall be studied and applied. 与相关部门协同工作找到偏离问题的整改措施。如果整改不能在短时间内完成，应研究执行围堵措施和长远的整改计划。
c. Report the deviation status to his/her manager and debrief the corrections. 向其直属经理汇报工艺偏离状况，并做整改总结。
5) Responsible of the “standards” for the assigned process 负责相关工艺过程的标准管理
a.Define, formalize and update the process standard documents (including process work instructions, procedures, instructions, CDC of material/equipment...). 规定、标准化并更新工艺标准文件（包括工艺作业指导文件，流程文件，通用指导说明，原材料或设备的技术要求等等）。
b.Able to make critical study of the existing standards. 对现有的工艺标准做出批判性研究。
c.Make sure that the process standards are compliant with the customer’s requirements, the resources available at the QMS. 确保工艺标准和客户要求、以及QMS中相关文件一致。
d.Pilot the related calibration/periodic tests activities in his/her process scope. 负责工艺过程中相关校验/周期性测试的相关工作。
6) Report periodically on the global situation of the managed process to his/her manager 向其经理定期汇报所负责的工艺段整体情况

Bachelor degree/本科
Work Experience Requirement /工作经验要求:
1-3 years experiences /1-3年
Knowledge/Special Skills Requirements/知识或特别的技能要求：
▪Bachelor degree in casting, materials, metallurgical or mechanical specialties is preferred
▪English speaking/writing/listening level shall be good (CET-6 certified, or other related English grade examination to demonstrate)
▪Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit
▪Good cross communication skills is required
▪French speaking is a plus
▪ 优先考虑铸造、材料、冶金或机械相关专业本科毕业生
▪ 需具备良好的英语听说读写能力（持有大学英语六级证书或其他相关英语等级证明）
▪ 责任心强、严谨自律、具备团队合作精神
▪ 需具备良好的跨部门沟通能力
